Nelson, is Acountant Auditor from Universidad de Tarapacá and a longtime entrepeneur in several areas of local business.

He has been owner of cooper mines, fruit exporter, cement importer, finantial advisor in Lima, Perú, Manager of finances in Arica, Chile and in the Free Zone of Iquique among others.

His network is wide both in public and private areas and he is very skilled in control and development of business projects.
