Franco, is a Chilean entrepeneur living for the last 20 years in Lima, Perú, where he run his consulting firm SINERGIA and work for big retailer companies in procurement.

He is fluent in German and English because he lived in Hamburg and New York, has travelled extensivelly and has a deep understanding on Peruvian system both in government and the business world, so as an extensive network of contacs in many cities of Perú.

He is also a graduate from Cordon Bleau School of Cuisine and a seasoned expert in the food and beverage industry.
